On the 16th May 2023, we now see the release of the fourth growth wine from Pauillac, and the price is up 19.1% on last years release. The ex negociant price is 60.00 Euro a bottle. The wine is being offered in the international trade at £756.00 per case of 12 bottles at 75cl each according to Liv-ex.
In relation to today's release you will find better value in the 2019 and 2014 vintage.
Fair Value analysis
Older vintages look better by comparison to today's release. The 2019 vintage is probably the best recent vintage for consideration with a price of £690.00 per case of 12 bottles at 75cl each. This would be a discount 16.7% to the 2022 release price.
