www.veblenwine.co.uk (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Veblen Wines Limited registered in England and Wales under company number 6756983 and with its registered office at Holly Bank Chambers, The Oasts, Red Hill, Wateringbury, Maidstone ME18 5NN (VAT number  942 7159 10). This privacy policy also applies to www.wine-trade.co.uk.


The terms “we”, “our” and “us” when used in this Privacy Policy means Veblen Wines Limited ("Veblen Wine"). The terms “you” and “your” when used in this Privacy Policy means you as a user of the Website.
Please read our Privacy Policy carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data. This explains what information we gather and helps us ensure that you understand and consent to our uses of such information. Veblen Wines is committed to safeguarding and respecting your privacy in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.

4.2 You have the right to ask us not to use your personal data for marketing purposes. You can request that you stop receiving information from us at any time by emailing admin@veblenwine.com.

Any access request may be subject to a very small admin fee to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. You can also request us to correct any factual inaccuracies in information we hold or delete any of that information from our records.
